Overview
Omkar College of Arts, Science & Commerce is a multi-faculty college in Guna, Madhya Pradesh, run by the Omkar Shiksha Samiti.
Located on BG Bypass Road in Kalamkar Colony, Guna, the college offers 18 undergraduate and 6 postgraduate programmes, along with an University-recognised Research Centre in Commerce and Chemistry. The college is recognised by the UGC under Sections 2(f) and 12(B), and was re-accredited by NAAC with an ‘A’ grade in its third cycle.
Our students come from Guna city and from the surrounding towns and villages of the region. We take pride in offering quality education at an affordable cost, supported by scholarships, a hostel and a responsive mentoring system in which every teacher guides a group of 20 students.

What began as a small commerce college in rented classrooms has grown, through the commitment of its founders, teachers and students, into one of Guna's well-regarded multi-faculty institutions.

Foundation
College established by the Omkar Shiksha Samiti with B.Com and 120 students.

Faculty of Arts & Science
BA and B.Sc programmes introduced; permanent campus at BG Bypass Road inaugurated.

Postgraduate studies
M.Com and M.Sc Chemistry begin; UGC recognition under 12(B).
- 2004
First NAAC accreditation
Accredited with B+ grade in the first cycle.

Research Centre
The university recognises the Ph.D. Research Centre in Commerce.
